Tydemans Home Care in Wiltshire employs a team of experienced care staff, of which around 80% are qualified to NVQ2 in Care. Senior Carers hold an NVQ3 in Care and the Proprietor/Registered Manager is qualified at NVQ4 (RMA)

In addition, four of the Management/Supervisory team are certified Manual Handling and Risk Assessment Instructors.

We are fully committed to training our staff to deliver a professional service, making Tydemans Home Care in Wootton Bassett a great place to be if you want to carve out a career in care. Experience is preferred but not essential however access to transport is a must.

The training undertaken by our staff includes Skills for Care Induction, Dementia Care, Food Hygiene, Infection Control, Manual Handling, Administration of Medication and other relevant subjects delivered in–house or by external training establishments. We are able to access, and strongly encourage our staff to enrole on, relevant NVQ courses and are able to provide support in achieving these qualifications.
