Tydemans Home Care in Wiltshire provides professional, caring support to people who wish to remain in their own homes.

Our care services include:

• Personal Care
• Help to get up⁄go to bed.
• Assistance with bathing
• Meal preparation
• Prompting of medication
• Assistance with dressing

and other supportitive activities subject to arrangement.

All our staff are carefully selected, CRB checked, fully trained and insured.

Our care in the home service is available to people living in Wootton Bassett, Purton, Cricklade, West Swindon and surrounding areas, usually between the hours of 7.30am – 2.00pm and 5.30pm – 10.00pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

As a sensitive provider of a personal service we work hard to maintain the dignity and self-respect of our service users.

Our aim is to enable people to retain their independence and, as far as possible, exercise their right to informed choice and self-determination in a safe and comfortable environment.

All our care staff are supported by an experienced Management and Supervisory team. Extensive training is provided to ensure that the care delivered is of a consistently high standard (see the Testimonials page for people's feedback).

We deliver care to a wide range of people who either engage us privately or are referred to us under our Block Contract agreement with Wiltshire County Council, and are justifiably proud of the reputation that we have built up over the years since our formation in 1990.

The process is simple - contact us and discuss your needs. We will then arrange for one of our experienced assessors to visit the individual concerned and with any input from friends/family/advocates as appropriate we will jointly develop a needs assessment. This will lead to a Care Plan that will form the basis of any resulting agreement to provide a service. The plan will be regularly reviewed so that it remains appropriate to the needs identified and comments on the service will be welcomed.
